In my opinion, being late once is not a big deal. But the habitual
of coming late is really a problem. It shows lack of discipline and an
unethical professional character.
And we couldn’t
find any good underlying reasons for coming late most of the time. Let us have
decency in all our action. Let us consider the feelings of the people around
us. Valuing the given time schedule is showing respect and productivity in our
self.

Agreeing to a meeting is a commitment and a respectable issue. It
is a common courtesy to other people. It shows benevolent actions and admirable trait.

Nevertheless, emergency reasons are exempted in
coming late. This is acceptable because this is unavoidable situation and
never expected to happen. This is an important thing which is uncontrollable at
the last minute of our time and we need to attend immediately. This is a
sufficient reason if we may not be able to comply on the original plan.
But persistent of coming late is a rude manner, lack of
consideration and no respect to others. It’s not a valid reason of a heavy
sleeper and a trouble of waking up. Everything must be planned and manage
accordingly. There is always a room for improvement and to change for the
better quality of life; allowing CHANGE as an option to escalate our self
proportionally and professionally.

Being perpetual late comers can have a damaging effects among peers which might affect the work habits and the morale of others. And will influence other people that being late wont matters at all. This may cause a domino-like effect among them and have a big impact especially to the next generation. And this sort leads to poor morale- a lackadaisical attitude.

Remember
that when we do the right thing, we feel good about it; because you build a
strong reputation in your character.
Therefore,
this is a challenge for us to be a responsible individual; handling
commitments, priorities and determine the leadership. I believe, we can always
make a change for the better. It depends on us if we will embrace it or not.
